Report for Technical Team C

Comprehensive System of Personnel Development.  This technical team reviewed the following Part C minimum components and Annual Performance Review (APR) indicators.


Part C Minimum Components:
8. Comprehensive system of personnel development,
    including the training of paraprofessionals and
    the training of primary referral sources.
9. Policies and procedures to ensure that personnel
    are appropriately and adequately prepared and trained

APR Indicators:
9. General supervision system (including monitoring, complaints,
     hearings, etc.) identifies and corrects noncompliance as soon
     as possible but in no case later than one year from identification.
